Philippe Tortell is a Professor of Oceanography and Head of the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences. He was the inaugral FMWG Cluster Coordinator , serving to coordinate the cluster and foster collaboration among the inter-disciplinary FMWG team.
